Rumours are rife that the good people who brought you the splendid Euston Tap, Sheffield Tap and others are looking to open a site in Manchester:

Victoria Station seems to be most peoples tip for the location.

We just need them to take over Carriages at Chester Station next.

Looks like the Manchester Tap will be located in Gateway House which is on Piccadilly Station Approach. Should be handy after a Manchester crawl for the last pint before the train back. The opening date has not yet been confirmed but should be early next year.

Anyone heading to Manchester this weekend might be interested to know that The Piccadilly Tap is opening on Friday around 4.00 pm.
