So far the well known Beechwood bitter is superb!
I'm about to put on "Winters Coat" at The Ponsonby Arms in Llangollen. It is very unlikely you will have seen this beer.
From the Brewer:
Brewed to a brand new recipe this is our last special limited edition draught for 2012. "We haven't even got it at our shop yet" said the brewer
Winter Coat is rich and full bodied, characterful, with a rich ruby hue, the taste of dry roasted malts, including roast barley, Munich malt and a balanced nose provided by the Brewer's selection of choice English Pioneer & Fuggles hops. This luxurious ale is hugely enjoyable on a cold winter’s evening and ideal served with a good Sunday roast.
