Tonights offerings..

Blueball American Wheat

Both very good, the Blueball was the better for me.

They're the ones that should be on the (Blue) ball not me. I'm trying to do them a favour and promote their beer fezza (albeit via whatever pitiful hits the branch website gets) yet they dont seem to put anything about it on their media networks. Bizarre.

CCTV savvy bike thief got away with it. Case filed away as unsolved.

Wasn't really planning to go. Generally I prefer pubs as normal just selling beer in good nick rather than over stretching themselves and serving flat tired ale from heavily tilted casks. Crisis over anyway. Picked up a Kash flyer for their event.

Hi,

Apologies for the very, very late formal announcement, but yes we are having a Beer Festival this weekend.
Things have been crazy over the last month at the brewery and we have been a bit stretched which is why I haven't got the details up on our site or twitter until today.

We have a page on the Kash website now http://www.kashchester.com/autumn-beer-festival.html which has all of the details. We are not making it a ticketed event and are not charging an entry fee.

All 15 Cask Ales are being laid on stillage tomorrow and will be served by handpump and have cooling probes so they should be well presented.

Hope you can visit despite the very short notice.

Matt

should make it to kash tomorrow evening when I drag myself from the
ship and mitre

incidentally both festivals are free to attend.
the chances of me paying a tenner to go the e.port waterways festival ? zero.

Its hard work going to hudds. simply not enough time in 1 day to sample all the beers. But i gave it my best shot and almost missed the last train

Hoping to sample festival beers tomorrow night as I embark on a post work crawl around the Real Ale havens of Chester. Not been to Kash before but really looking forward to it.

Went for an hour or so yesterday. Nice relaxed atmosphere, some good beer banter with some refreshing enthusiasm. Spank Industrial IPA and Leaden Zepplin were of particular note.
