I popped in the Plumbers on Friday. Shame it's totally off the circuit and down a cul de sac as it doesn't deserve to be completely deserted at 8pm. I was more than pleasantly surprised with the decor and tidiness of the place. Some interesting features too what with the tiled flooring, leaded glass windows and fancy brick work on the outside. Look out for interesting old Chester pub pics on the walls.

Three Thwaites beers and a real cider on the pumps - surely too many as borne out by the Little Bewdy being well on the turn but the TBC was perfectly acceptable.

Will revisit soon.
