Branch AGM 2014

Post by Mr W » Wed Mar 26, 2014 5:33 pm

This will be combined with the monthly branch meeting on April 17th at the Cross Keys in Chester 815pm.
As usual at the AGM all branch official roles will be up for election. If you've ever thought of getting more involved, are just sick of the current incumbents, or just think you've got something to offer, then please do think about throwing your hat into the ring. New ideas are always very welcome and prevents future stagnation of the branch. Over the last few years we've had several newcomers into committee roles and it has been a great benefit.

Members can see the role guidelines on the official CAMRA website http://www.camra.org.uk/branchofficials, (I think you have to logo on to see these).

It's an exciting time to get involved as we organise our first Cheshire Beer Festival and are involved in the fight to save several pubs in the branch area.

Why not, you obviously care about real ale. Shame you seen to denigrate "CAMRA people" so often, perhaps if you were part of it you'd see just how much time and effort some people put into it.
