You were right John, mistype on my part. You'd think I'd have been up on my Stonehouse beers from working at the Marlbororororororough!

Anywho, here's what I've got in the cellar at the moment, the beers in bold are on the pumps right now.

B & P Original 3.8% (I had to lead with that!)
Brimstage - Sandpiper 3.6% and Trappers Hat 3.8%
Hawkshead - Windermere Pale 3.5% and Lakeland Gold 4.4%
Lancaster - White Rose Wheat 4.2%
Blakemere (Northern) - Two Tone Stout 5%
Bank Top - Dark Mild 4%, Flat Cap 4.2% and Pavilion Pale 4.5%
Weetwood - Eastgate 4.3% and Old Dog 4.5%
Liverpool Organic - Joseph Williamson (Tunnale) 4% and Honey Blonde 4.5%
Red Willow - Directionless 4.2%

We've also entered the CAMRA 'Best Conversion to Pub Use' competition, so fingers crossed there…

Cheers all, Swifty

Getting Christmas out of the way before I go up to 8 pumps so that’s something for me to look forward to in the new year!

Cheers all,

Swifty great news you managed to get a cask of Tickety Brew Pale Ale. Its a balanced PA weighing in at 5.3%. Must be a first in Chester.
But at £4.10 a pint its not going to win over many local CAMRA members.
The beer was great, catch you soon, Ill be in for another!!

Must be the second-most expensive cask ale in Chester!

The Arkle Bar at the Grosvenor Hotel. One handpump dispensing Weetwood Eastgate, at £6.50 a pint (May 2013).

Anyone remember the annual Chester Camra beer festival that was held at the Grosvenor? - late '70s/early 80s.

Cheers mike. I thought the price would get people talking but it's a corker of a beer with a hefty ABV s they ain't cheap for me to buy either!
