I’ve heard the half Nelson is a good pint some mates tried out at the beer festival at rugby club have recommended it, will get some in next week, must get up that neck of the woods as I’ve got some mates who live in Kelsall, pop in for a snack and a couple of beers :drinking:

Nice young couple, I hope they don’t get stitched by punch, at the moment cheap booze and sky sports, they are rent-free at the moment so that’s just see what Punch has in store for them for the future, if these two don’t make a go of it I think that will be the end.

Great to hear the pub is coming back on form. Have you asked to see what beers they can get? As you know we can get beers from all over the country for the pubco, yes they are classed as Standard beers but we have always sold more of that than the weird and the wonderful. ask what they can get hold ...

If I remember correctly, when one licensee takes over from another you have six week grace to sort out your premises licence. If they get in touch with local licensing board I'm sure this can be sorted.
